Paneer Modak

INGREDIENTS

  • Paneer
  • Sugar
  • Condensed Milk
  • Saffron
  • Cardamom powder



INSTRUCTIONS

Add paneer, sugar, condensed milk, saffron strands in a saucepan and combine.

Heat the pan on low flame and keep cooking till it combines to form a dough.

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Remove from flame.

Give your dough tear drop modak shapes or use modak moulds to give it the desired shape.

Serve it hot.
